What differentiates Altova MapForce from other similar products?

Not used anything similar to MapForce. This tool have been using for many years for generating XML data

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its map easily, but really hard to troubleshoot

What do you dislike most about this product?

No technical support received for mapping issue/ bug received while generating XML. No resources are provided for troubleshooting. This software is very significant for us to submit grant data report submission, but neither support or resources are provided to help us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Need high technical skill for understanding this tool
