What differentiates Aloware from other similar products?

It seems to me that every aspect of this software is designed with the end-user in mind. Phone systems can be overwhelming, but the UI layout and constant description of features make it easy to follow and implement. Their CEO is an engineer, and he is in the trenches every day figuring out how to improve the product. Yes, we pay them for this service, but at no point has our relationship ever felt transactional: they are very generous with their time and attention, and in many ways, they feel like an extension of our own company - we even have a Slack channel in place for easy communication. All around a great experience!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I never have to think about it! Onboarding of new employees is super easy, billing is super easy, features are intuitive and easy to follow. We can transfers calls across the entire company to all departments - they have web apps, desktop apps, and phone apps for every OS we use. We only really use their basic feature set, and there are a ton of advanced features we've never even looked at. And at any point I need help I have an account manager and a slack channel for quick responses. It's a white-glove treatment in an otherwise faceless tech world, and I'm a fan!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and color scheme can be a little loud and hard to read. Their team is aware of this and actively working on a reskin.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

These guys are every bit as capable as the big players in the space, and I guarantee they will treat you better. It's only a matter of time before this company is the gold standard in their space.

What differentiates Aloware from other similar products?

Aloware focuses on volume of out reach. It's power dialer, local dial and integration with HubSpot is what sold me on the tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Local Dial increases our connection rate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are two big pain points. One is the UI which can feel illogical at times. The other is training. There isn't an easy to use system to train on all the different features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They're easy to work with so giving it a try can't hurt.

What differentiates Aloware from other similar products?

I like that I can see how I compare to my colleagues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That I can be part of multiple call groups/queues. e.g. Client Success AND General Purpose queues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

That I can respond to the text that Aloware sends my phone. It sends me a notification text when I receive a text, but I have to open the app to respond. I wish I could just respond to the text that Aloware sends to me and have it get routed back to the client.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I really do like Aloware overall. It's better than Five9 and jive by far, but there are still some areas that need improvement for people in my kind of role where I'm talking to clients on the daily and a lot of communication is through text.
