What differentiates Aligned from other similar products?

This setup fosters a highly interactive experience, in contrast to traditional CRMs, which mainly track customer data and sales activities. Another valuable feature is **Collaborative Decision-Making**. Aligned allows stakeholders from both sides to communicate and make decisions within a shared space, simplifying collaboration. What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the central dashboard. Aligned's **interactive sales rooms** are also a great favorite feature. These virtual spaces allow collaboration with buyers, where they can share documents, resources, and updates in real time. This single, organized space not only keeps both sides engaged but also provides transparency and alignment, and this helps streamline the buying process and build stronger client relationships. Users appreciate how it simplifies communication and makes the sales process feel more personal and less fragmented compared to traditional email threads or CRM notes- communication, keeps everyone on the same page! Great fit!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a bit of a bummer to have to log into a different platform but that's not an issue given how many great features it has. I appreciate many features of Aligned, but there are a few things I don't liike-- it's not the same as other CRMs interface wise and there are a lot of notifications- this can be overly frequent, and it's a lot for people who want Inbox Zero!!! There don't seem to be a lot of ways to customize it within sales rooms, which can make it challenging to make it fit our team's needs. But we get past that and use it together very cooperatively - both the more technical and more junior staff are happy with it overal;l!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about how it will fit with your existing tech stack-Get a demo of it and try it out yourself. Invest time into learning how it works and how it fits with our team's day to day workflow. Remember that Aligned is a collaborative sales platform that lets businesses create interactive sales rooms for seamless communication with clients. For basic business users new to Aligned, start by exploring the sales room templates to understand how documents and resources are shared with clients. What differentiates Aligned from other similar products?
I have Digital sales room in my current CRM but I preferred using Aligned because of the personalisation and ease of use of the product. It offers a far more superior experience in their buyers Journey.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Digital sales room is the main use case for me. The customisation features allow me to integrate all my product info like a landing page enable a smooth buying journey and clearing their doubts in one place, making the decision making process easier.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics I wish could have been better instead of repeatedly prompting the email to access the aligned room, they system should be able to detect the user and track analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are having more that 8 demos per week, Use it to summarise the demo and advise the next steps.
