What differentiates Algolia from other similar products?

Elasticsearch is a pain to implement and scale, Algolia scales effortlessly in the background and typically takes less than a day to securely implement on a new project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implementation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first party React hooks aren't awesome yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't waste time on infrastructure for building your own search.

Great ease to create, index and query search interfaces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The admin helped me save tons of times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price, the billing plans, and the fact that support delays or doesn't answer tickets based on your plan.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product, I would recommend his use, but everything has to be planned perfectly before using it, because it can become pricey very quickly
