What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

The platform is really easy to use and I can create projects very quickly. I like the main dashboard that shows my work and other work taking place and it's easy to create templates or stored questions. The ability to create survey logic is also pretty straightforward.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the simplicity of the report output and being able to switch different displays of data either by count vs. percentage or bar graph vs. pie chart etc. This greatly cuts down on time I must spend putting together analysis for sharing with my team and making decisions on the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I wish the downloaded PPTs would be slightly better formatted. The open ends for instance often overflow on a slide and I have to cut / paste to clean up the data before sharing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Experiment and try new things. It's a helpful platform and can do a lot so dig in!

What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

Alchemer offers many types of questions, and advanced logic, piping and filtering options. You can integrate your surveys with other tools, such as Tableau, Salesforce, Mail Chimp, you name it. Thanks to that customer feedback can be a part of bigger processes. Building a survey is quite intuitive, and if you have problems, there is a rich documentation and help section to solve it. If that doesn't help, you can always contact their customer service, and the help comes fast and efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Questions that people can answer with video recording, this is something quite unique.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes questions logic is a bit hard to set up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for something good, but can't afford Qualtrics, that's your choice.

What makes Alchemer is that it is affordable and that it also easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like that this is a light tool that never lags Using, managing, and creating surveys and questionnaires is easy The tool is cost effective compared to the competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no much complains. However, the tool has less customization options when creating survey forms.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Alchemer is one survey tool that works. I have tried it and it works. I would recommend it more so to businesses on a budget.
