What makes Alchemer unique is that it handles all aspects of surveying - from designing surveys , data collection, data consolidation etc

The software is entirely online I like the ease of designing surveys It makes survey data collection Seamless

I have zero dislikes as Alchemer has been very helpful

Alchemer has smart tools that have given us best services when designing surveys. It has flexible application interface that can be operated easily.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the capability of this platform to create surveys that are authentic and can be used by our customers and employees. In data collection Alchemer ensures that we get the best data from all interactive sessions. Customer demands and their comments on our products has initiated new planning and improved service delivery.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not experienced any challenge that may affect our daily programs from the performance of this tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Engaging customers and working on relevant feedback from the organized surveys has boosted our decision making plans. Alchemer has flexible tools that have initiated powerful marketing infrastructure.
