What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

Cost effective and powerful enough for most modest to fairly complex survey needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use - reasonably priced versus alternatives (e.g. Survey Monkey, Qualtrics) - very good for B2B audiences too

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complex questions (nesting, customizing) could be more intuitive, have more user-ready templates. Also, more templates (plug and play questions) would be helpful (especially new ideas they can recommend on the forefront of what's current in online market rsch/survey techniques)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely try this first (especially if you are moderately to very experienced in writing and delivering surveys) before contracting external resources to do your surveys - it's pretty simple (and you don't have to be a tech/IT or market research "wiz")

What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

Alchemer has a solution for pretty much any type of problem you could have. I've never gone into a situation I was unsure about and come out with something Alchemer couldn't provide.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

how easy it is to create, distribute, and track results!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It looks a little old on the backend at times. I wish the design was a little cleaner

Do it, it is worth the money!
