What differentiates Alchemer from other similar products?

The amount of capabilities

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The look and feel, as well as its capabilities and functionality since my use was a lot more intense than others' uses for it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the logic didn't exist for really complex logic we had to implement. Just a very niche industry I was in, so most users don't have to worry about that.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to discover its capabilities.

I'm not sure how it is different from a platform like Qualtrics

It has a steep learning curve and customer service isn't easily accessible
