Pretty much any use case you can come up with for Airtable, there is a way to create an elegant and easy-to-use solution for.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Taking into account all of the amazing features of Airtable, my favorite has to be it's ability to integrate cross platform with many apps I use, to create a home-base for all of my assets and business tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only concern with Airtable is it is almost overwhelming at first and though that could be considered a user issue, sometimes it can seem like a monumental task to understand the deeper integrations of airtable.

Take a look at your current software and see where Airtable can replace each one, and try out the free plan first. Airtable can likely streamline many different fragmented aspects of your business.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

It’s fairly intuitive and straightforward to search out tutorials and facilitate for things that aren’t clear in the software. I favor the various ways I can sort and see the info and it makes tracking information clear across multiple dashboards. I like that I can lock down what individuals have access to or not by linking databases—for example, we let our coordinators see and help populate our Rolodex of shoppers and collaborators, however that Rolodex base feeds our CRM and staffing databases that they do not have access to, so we can keep financial data solely accessible to owners and accounting.

Airtable is fast and secure (supports SSO login as well), provides straightforward data visualization, and it’s from the simplest tools that can be used by groups to communicate. If you don’t have a premium plan and you wish to synchronize data between 2 databases, there’s a button that synchs the data. It’s really difficult to search for that button. I’m finding out all the time. And with the latest changes on the UI, I’m searching even a lot every time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like how easy it’s to make data tables that are fully customizable in how I use the data. I can manipulate things however I want to to get the top result I need. Airtable can handle most of the work with data manipulation once I am developing web apps.
