What differentiates Aircall from other similar products?

Aircall is different because it promises the world and does NOT deliver. And when you try to get help, you get the run around and no real solutions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect will be cancelling the service. Until then, I wish that our calls were not marked as SPAM. I wish the product would stop crashing and have reliability issues and I wish that support would actually help.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unreliable. Bad customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that you do not sign any contract and that you use the product to see how horribly unreliable it is prior to paying for it.
