Its scheduling and publishing abilities allow users to plan their strategies in advance and execute them when required. Its reporting and analytic feature give the s us an opportunity for a deep inside view of social media accounts. It also gives access to a unified social media inbox.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It’s saved replies feature is also my loved one aspect as it saves time from replying individually to every fan. It facilitates answering the questions by just a click in seconds. This platform is also well-suited to small businesses in managing social media profiles by integrating all accounts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, there is always room for improvement in everything. There are some issues that come up while working with the software but the Agorapulse team is always ready to help with any issue its users are facing. The rest of the things work amazingly.
