What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?
It is a single and comprehensive experience to manage all of our social media properties, it helps us make informed marketing decisions, it also helps me keep track of mentions and comments and customizable reports, the calendar function has really helped configure the planning of social content for the future, also help us to be present in our social networks and make it easy to share something in all of them, also the reports are useful to monitor and share the progress with customers, the customer service behind Agorapulse it is also excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simply one of the best social media management platform out there, I like that it is a visual platform, I also like that it can easily group the social media profiles of each client, I love the analytical reports provided, it provides the ability to view the entire comment thread in a single post, also allows me to post, like, and reply to everything in one place, it's a very intuitive platform that makes content planning easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no problem with this platform, I consider that it offers a great service and all its functions are of great quality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software offers a great capacity to improve your programming due to the functions it has that are easy to use and its great interface that allows you to have a good knowledge of this great platform.
