What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

I have used other social media management tools in the past, and the usability, features, and organizational features in Agorapulse outweigh those of the others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I believe assigning certain posts or direct messages to different members on the team was essential, as Marketing and Sales team members had their hands on this tool at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time, there wasn't an option to integrate Instagram's direct messages onto the tool. It has been over a year since I've used this tool so this feature may be available now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are managing many different social media platforms for your company, this is a tool that will keep you organized to the fullest extent. This made connecting with our audience 10x more enjoyable, because we were able to reply quick and keep tabs on different consumers. I love the insights Agorapulse provides, and background information it grabs from people's profiles so you can see if they've ever messaged you before, left a post, or even where they're from if their profile shows this information.

What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

It has helped my colleagues who are getting into marketing and CRM management in the organization and me. It has been an evident boost in performing our daily functions to expand the reach of our brand, which I consider a clear benefit to the entire organization. It is an everyday use tool within my organization; it integrates everything we need to work our social networks, increase traffic and interact with the audience, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Thanks to Agorapulse, I can manage the social networks of my organization and our clients. It allows me to have a somewhat organized environment where I can do many things like manage messages coming from social networks, schedule content to post on social networks, pull information from prospects and customers, and much more in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It proposes a learning curve because some of the functions are somewhat complicated, and it takes extra training time and patience to get familiar with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a pretty good application, beneficial for marketing and customer interaction within any organization. Recommended.
