Complete administration of social media

What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

Thanks to Agorapulse, we're able to accomplish a fantastic job with surprisingly little effort in terms of social media marketing. Thanks to the publishing schedule I was able to put up, all of my content was published on time and without fail, and my social media accounts were always maintained current.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like this tool since it allows me to do a lot more in a shorter amount of time in terms of social media management and social listening. Agorapulse supports all of your company's preferred social media platforms, and its intuitive interface makes creating a publication schedule a breeze. I appreciate how simple it is to make marketing content, set up publishing schedules, and update all accounts, and how accessible the program is from any online browser or mobile device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit pricey compared to other tools. Still, it's worth it because I've been able to do an excellent job with Agorapulse and because I've been able to free up time to focus on other equally essential responsibilities for the company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The data it offers is straightforward and clearly demonstrates the social impact we are having, and its effectiveness as a social listening tool has been outstanding. Also, whenever I've had any queries or concerns, Agorapulse's customer support crew has been quick to respond and really helpful. I highly recommend it.

What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

Agorapulse has a strong and positive reputation within the Social Media Manager community as the user interface is easy to use, unlikely many competitors which have a steep learning curve. Agorapulse provides a unified inbox where you can view and respond to your in-bound social media direct messages, public comments, and other mentions from major social networks including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. This streamlines customer engagement preventing missed messages. The tool provides a range of analytics & reporting features that offer insights into social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Agorapulse is one of the most intuitive and user-friendly social media management tools on the market which enables new users irrespective of their previous experience, to harness its full potential. Although bugs are uncommon, when the Agorapulse Support team are needed, I find them to be responsive, effective, polite and keen to help. I feel like I’m being heard - with other platforms, it seems like raised tickets are ticked off as a checklist. Using Agorapulse is enjoyable. The reporting functionality is detailed but not complex, and the visuals not only helps users to spot trends, but to be extracted for internal decks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Agorapulse had the ability to do some social listening however that functionality paled in comparison to competitors such as Sprout Social and Brandwatch. Since X (formally Twitter) increased pricing plans for API access, Agorapulse has stopped offering social media listening for that platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As with any product, consider your requirements before purchasing any social media management tool. Agorapulse is a popular platform for a reason - but it may not fit your specific requirements. For example, if your brand heavily uses WhatsApp, Twitch, Discord or Pinterest, then Agorapulse won't be able to help you. In addition, if social media listening is an important part of your role to provide your organisation with data-driven insights, you'd be better off with another tool. However, Agorapulse is a very reliable platform with a fantastic customer care team and beautiful reports.

What differentiates Agorapulse from other similar products?

I used Agorapulse for some years ago extremely impressed with their constant release of new features. Seeing a company dedicated to improving its product and making it even better for its users is refreshing. In addition, their customer support is top-notch and always available to help with any questions or concerns that I may have. It is truly a big plus when you work in an industry where time is of the essence and you need answers almost immediately.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Agorapulse was that it seemed to always add new features and had the most beautiful and comprehensive reporting I have seen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I disliked was the price and the lack of features that I felt were necessary at the time. It is a great product for less than 50 accounts, but anything more than that got expensive. Also the UI felt bulky and would perform very slow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using this product if you have less than 50 accounts and need a relatively inexpensive solution for an agency that uses clients to approve and review content.
