What differentiates Agilysys InfoGenesis POS from other similar products?

I've worked with a few POS systems and InfoGenesis is the most streamlined and to the point. It has many features but concentrates on the necessary day-to-day cashless processes that businesses need. It is also very scalable to grow along with a small business as it becomes a corporation/ large business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

InfoGenesis has very little downtime and troubleshooting is straight-forward and easy to understand. Working with POS ticket printers ia also much easier and is a very common issue especially in busy kitchen settings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel that the hardware could be a bit more resilient, it is tough and lasts but the card readers and screens tend to get damaged quite a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it, contact your local InfoGenesis dealer and see about a trial run. These POS systems are consistent and work day in and day out without issue. The tracking of checks and discrepancies is also much easier than other POS systems.
