What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?
Agile CRM has the automation of sales, marketing and services in a single platform. It has sales tracking, contact management, marketing automation, web analytics, two-way emails, telephony, and helpdesk with a solid, clean, and modern interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Agile seamlessly integrates with emails via Google Apps and Microsoft Exchange. It allows you to keep track of all new customers and you can do regular follow-ups through automation. Fluid experience with its interface that provides versatility to work. Study of the evolution of sales and the participation of creditors. Analysis of web portals allows the implementation of possible improvements. Email reports are easy to track CTR open rate, growth reports and custom reports, etc.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface can be somewhat confusing due to the layout of its elements. The web portal that provides the information about Agile turns out not to be manipulative enough. It does not have such tools as the design of diagrams of web traffic reports in time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Agile, it is presented with a logo in the shape of a white cloud with saturated blue borders that represent the dreams to be achieved of its clients. With the tools that this platform offers it is possible to increase the size of any company as I did by improving my productivity by up to 23% at a lower cost of operating time
