What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?
I think that Hubspot it´s one of the best for CRM and it´s used by large companies, but the "free version" had few tools compared to Agile CRM. Right now we need more free tools and grow with companies that are also growing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easily set up automated campaigns and tag in new subscribers any time. Track and identify your prospects with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support isn’t great. Getting ahold of a live person is near impossible. The good news is that the platform is straight forward to work with.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
better pricing options.

What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?

Full phone integration as well as marketing support for sending email newsletters, social campaigns and SMS texts. Agile CRM automates web interaction with customer-aware messages, pop-ups, offers, surveys and registration forms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
First of all, I would like to state that this software is an software that combines sales, marketing and service automation. As CRM systems advance, it's particularly notable for web analytics, which can help you ditch third-party apps. It also offers helpdesk functionality that goes a long way in keeping all your customer connections under one roof to ensure a consistent experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion the software is quite nice, simple and so smart. Agile CRM has rich analytics and reporting features to monitor business performance. Modern features and integrations, easy implementation, and great support for small and growing businesses at an affordable price. Mobile-ready, fast and easy-to-use cloud-based SaaS service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Agile CRM provides a turnkey, easy-to-use solution to overcome inefficiencies and technical challenges in seamlessly integrating sales, marketing, and service efforts, and includes integrations with over 60 leading third-party applications.

Nothing so far as I am still at the learning stage. It's been a month.

Go for it. I am new to Agile CRM and loving the experience so far.
