Affordable, all-in-one CRM with great automation.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?

Agile CRM stands out from competitors by offering an all-in-one solution that integrates sales, marketing automation, and customer service in a single platform. It provides affordable pricing, built-in marketing automation, helpdesk features, gamification for sales teams, and drag-and-drop workflow automation. Additionally, it supports extensive integrations with tools like G Suite, Slack, and Shopify, making it a cost-effective and versatile choice for small to mid-sized businesses.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best aspects of Agile CRM is its all-in-one functionality, which seamlessly integrates sales, marketing automation, and customer support into a single platform. This eliminates the need for multiple tools, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. Its affordable pricing, easy-to-use interface, and drag-and-drop automation make it an excellent choice for small and mid-sized businesses. Additionally, its extensive integrations with platforms like G Suite, Slack, and Shopify enhance its versatility, allowing businesses to scale without complexity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the main drawbacks of Agile CRM is its limited customer support, especially for free and lower-tier plans, where response times can be slow. Additionally, the user interface can feel outdated and less intuitive compared to competitors like HubSpot or Salesforce. Some users also experience occasional bugs and performance issues, particularly with email automation and third-party integrations. Lastly, while Agile CRM offers many features, its advanced customization options are somewhat limited, which may be a challenge for businesses with complex workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the free plan: If you're unsure about committing, the free plan offers great basic functionality for small teams and startups. Test the features like email marketing, automation, and lead management before upgrading. Take advantage of the integrations: Agile CRM supports a wide range of integrations (e.g., G Suite, Shopify, WordPress). Ensure that the tools you're already using are compatible to make the transition seamless.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Trustworthy
  • Inspires Innovation

There are better competitors to choose from...

What differentiates Agile CRM from other similar products?

At first, the features seemed better quality then competitors. However, after finding out many basic things were included in (higher) paid tiers, I moved away from it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nothing much. For being the "leading software" in the CRM market, it lacks some good features. Also, customer support and contracts are not user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

After signing up and finding it wasn't a good fit for my business, there was no clear way of cancelling the contract. Trough customer service, with shady, upsell-dominated advice, I had to make it very, very clear that I wanted to cancel the contract. Even then, they did not want to do that, and just keep me in the loop for a free month, after which the contract would continue. It took too many angry mails from my end to end the contract.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is better CRM software to be found online. Some are even free, with the same features!

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Includes Product Enhancements
  • Appreciates Incumbent Status

Cons

  • Less Friendly Negotiation
  • Less Efficient Service
  • Less Effective Service
