This integration enhances efficiency and security across our entire security platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- The standout feature is managed access control, allowing you to control an entire facility rather than just individual doors. This flexibility sets it apart from similar products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Opaque pricing, making it challenging to understand the cost structure upfront. - There are some automated sales calls, which can be bothersome for our employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Explore Integration: Take advantage of ADT’s ability to work with existing access control systems for seamless integration. - Consider whether a professionally managed solution aligns with your needs, as it can offload responsibilities and ensure optimal performance.

What differentiates ADT Commercial Access Control from other similar products?

This has allowed us to use it wisely and has also helped us avoid paying for unnecessary things. Whenever we have a problem with the service and a problem that we have not solved in the past.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the contact person changed several times. In the future, this should not happen again; As I understand it, it is now a well established company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

his knowledge of the inner workings of was instrumental in solving even the most complicated use cases. It is always a pleasure to collaborate with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you get new IP addresses they start out fine but get worse as you keep using them despite their 100% uptime feature.
