Easy to use remarketing solution

What differentiates AdRoll from other similar products?

The results you get compared to remarketing directly through Google ads is much better. It's also easy to setup campaigns and you have someone on hand who will monitor shifts in your account performance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support. Being able to meet semi-regularly with someone is reassuring. Also the discounts on offer based on volume are great

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time it takes to implement campaigns. You need to think what you need way ahead of time. For a recent campaign we wanted to get ads live with a dynamic carousel and it took Adroll a week to get live. By the time it did the campaign only had 1 day left

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want something that will manage itself and is out of the box then this is the solution for you. Just plan your campaigns way ahead of time

Ease of use software really. Plug and play and it just needs technical aspect of pixel implementation, target pages and audience segmentation.

What differentiates AdRoll from other similar products?

Adroll is functional and simple to operate. They have one of the best customer service/support teams available. They're always quick to respond and offer assistance whenever there's a problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform's onboarding process is simple. It didn't take long at all to get rolling. The user-friendliness, specifically how simple it is to manage campaigns and save files. The framework is flexible enough to accommodate individualized approaches without becoming unmanageable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Adroll's video advertising capabilities. It would be great if advertisements could be shown in more places. There is a need for better attribution. Remarketing should allow for a variety of placement options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Display advertisements and ad retargeting. It's facilitating our further communication with potential customers. The intuitive design helps me get more done in less time. That has proven useful in helping me reach out to those who have abandoned their shopping carts.
