What differentiates ADP Talent Management from other similar products?

ADP has it all. It is a robust system that is customizable and can take care of pretty much any talent management need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its very customizable and the integration is very easy with other software our company uses (talent acquisition, learning management system, etc.).

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user experience isn't great. It has a lot of features but they can be hard to find.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall great product and would highly recommend. Definitely one of the better industry standard examples of talent management systems that are are the market today. If you want something a little fancier then I would consider other options but ADP gets the job done.

The ease of navigating the software, I'm able to get what I need done quickly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Was easy to use for time management purposes; i.e. time off/PTO

What do you dislike most about this product?

Didn't use it to a great extent to have something I dislike

Great for time off entries as well as tracking 401K

What differentiates ADP Talent Management from other similar products?

I think it's efficiency stands out. it's quite easy to use for end user with no technical knowledge. IT administration of this application is outstanding.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mobile application is my favorite part of this product. Other products in market even don't have this feature. ADP integrates with Face ID, mfa really well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

GUI in browser is something that I don't like. Developers need to work to make it more eye appealing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please try this product. We switched from a different vendor to this one and haven't regretted a bit.
