What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

It integrates with our website, email, events, ads, and other channels to collect granular data on every touchpoint interaction, content view, and conversion event at the contact record-level. Marketo stitches together the complete customer journey, from responding to a nurture email to registering for a webinar to making a purchase. Marketo's segmentation capabilities enable identification of how different customer personas, regions, and industries interact with content. This allows marketing to tailor assets and messaging accordingly. The platform also facilitates the creation of customized dashboards highlighting key trends and drilling down to contact timelines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, one limitation of Marketo Engage is the learning curve involved in setting up the many integrations required to unify the data.

What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

Marketo is exceptional for B2B companies, healthcare services, finance companies, education and media. It may not be suitable for internet marketing. With the audience signup booster, it is easy to send our users personalized emails and get end customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Within Marketo, it is possible to make a calculation of the totality of the products that were related to a potential customer and then become customers. Other systems only credit the first campaign which lacks a complete marketing picture. Recently, Marketo has incorporated a new customer engagement booster that makes email nurturing very simple. No more fasting or fundraising requests. Send emails to the right person at the right time. With Marketo, it is possible to track the entire journey that potential customers make to customers, and also measure flow and velocity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have observed several individuals feeling overwhelmed and listless with Marketo, because the possibilities are limitless with respect to how it can be built to meet their company's requirements. It would be helpful to gain knowledge on how to increase the amount of traffic coming through SEO optimizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When looking at marketing automations, consider whether you already have a list of names you want to distribute or whether you need to generate the list of names from scratch. That should give you a clue if you want to use a marketing automation machine like Marketo, or if you want to use an inbound marketing machine instead.
