What differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products?
Hello, there is no certain similar product in the industry as Indesign. This is a great tool which also works on low PC configuration. No coding needed and some scripts which might be needed are already placed in the utilities menu

The only tool I've found for mail merge with image
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products?
I think what differentiates Adobe InDesign from other similar products is that the mail merge function is capable of inserting not only text, but also inserting images dynamically from a directory.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect of Adobe InDesign apart from the image mail merging, is the ability to disable hyphenation on a paragraph. I find that some designs call for hyphenation, and some designs don't look right with hyphenation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Adobe InDesign is expensive!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendation for considering Adobe InDesign is to take a good look at its capabilities, and consider if there is a cheaper product that may do the task you require. For example, for most mail merge tasks, Microsoft Word would be a better value product.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Unique Features
Cons
- Security Frustrates
