What differentiates Adobe Document Cloud from other similar products?

The ability to take photos with your mobile and turn it into a pdf format which can be sent around the company makes it very easy to upload documents. Accompanied with Adobe sign this helps to save down documents and send out instantly to the others in the business to sign

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile support is very effective as it means that you are able to access files whilst on the go. The ability to easily share documents with others, along with a clean filing system and search engine means it reduces the time to locate files

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the results of converting to PDF mean it may take a few attempts however this is few and far between

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product is perfect for those who require access to documents frequently and work away from a central office. Also the ability to share documents easily means that sharing evidence with audit requests is a lot simpler and less time restirctive

What differentiates Adobe Document Cloud from other similar products?

user interface is so easy even a new user can understand and save their data in the software. Further to this security of the the software. if you have uploaded data in server after that even yourself want to access that data you need to proof your identity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

i started using this software about two year ago. if we talk about security its the best software i have found. even a new user can use this software so easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

price of the software is quite High as compared to its competitors. further to this they can improve my their back end technical support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a secure data cloud you must go Adobe document cloud.
