Its interface with Adobe Creative Cloud has made it simple to develop interesting visual content for our marketing efforts, resulting in higher quality and impact.

Adobe Campaign has been an extremely useful tool for our marketing automation strategy. Its excellent customisation capabilities and connectivity with Adobe Creative Cloud enabled us to design very effective and visually appealing campaigns. However, the early learning curve and cost can be a barrier for certain businesses.

Enterprise-level marketing campaign management with dynamic content management leveraging information in the customer database

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting management is not adequate, the look and feel is taken from Adobe Analytics and very intuitive but with very limited functionality

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You could benefit from a complete integration with other Adobe tools (Analytics, Target and AEM first and foremost) even if the integration is not seamless and easy to implement.
