What differentiates Adobe Campaign from other similar products?
It's very powerful as compared to others. The interface is very easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monitoring and reporting the campaigns insights and analytics is my favourite part. It helps a lot as it comes from market leader "ADOBE"
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have never found anything within the adobe campaign that I dislike except for it crashes many times and it's slow when running more than 1 campaign at times. Again it could be my server but happens quite often which should be dealt with
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used the product for all email marketing and marketing automation, this has resulted in making our business generate over 50% increased conversions and enhanced re-engagement.

Adobe Campaign makes designing campaigns easy. Offers great features and supports multi channel delivery when campaigning. The software is affordable

New users will always have trouble understanding this software.

I recommend Adobe Campaign more so for email marketing. It makes designing campaigns easy and also allows offline marketing. It's affordable and meets most online email marketing needs

It provides us transparency into our business insights, the impact of our marketing campaigns, and our customer’s behavior, which help us better understand the market demands and drive sales effectively. All the personalization and customization tools are easily accessible. We are allowed to personalize our dashboard, overall, this platform has contributed a lot in increasing our business efficiency and productivity.

Its Customer support service is too slow in responding to the user’s queries so it only benefits those with technical skills.
