How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

A powerful yet handy tool

What differentiates Adapt from other similar products?
Success rate in data enrichment, in my previous experience the overall discovery rate is more than 50%.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, high discovery rate
What do you dislike most about this product?
Result is more accurate on the profile page than on the list page. Many profile that with available enriched data would have a unknown status on list page.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For sales person it's a good tool to aid in cold calling/emailing, but approaching someone without clearly stating where you've got their contact details could be a deal breaker in many cases.

Easiest email-finding tool out there!

What differentiates Adapt from other similar products?
Ease and usability. It's the most user-friendly email-finding tool I've tried because you just click a button from a LinkedIn profile (which is where I start my workflow anyway) and Adapt returns the person's likeliest email address along with a confidence score. In case the tool could not detect the person's company domain, it also gives you the option to type in a domain and search that one.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Lately, I have to go into my extensions manager in the Chrome browser and override the browser every time I want to use it (I get a message that says "this extension violates the Chrome web store policy"). I'm sure Chrome is just being draconian here, but it adds a step that takes up time. If that weren't happening, my biggest dislike would be that the pop-up window Adapt appears in when you click the extension icon to find an email address is given to disappearing. i.e. If I click outside of that tab to look at any other browser tab besides the person's LinkedIn profile, the Adapt pop-up disappears and I have to run the search over again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That it's the easiest tool I know of for finding email addresses from a LinkedIn profile. I'd warn them about the above issues which I wrote about in the "dislikes" box, but let them know that I think Adapt is still well worth using.
