What differentiates Acuity PPM from other similar products?

The lightweight nature of this PPM tool is a refreshing experience. Unlike other complex software I've encountered, it is very easy to navigate. It focuses on the essentials without compromising on functionality. Some other standout features of this PPM tool are its ease of implementation and exceptional support.

Ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

New releases sometimes create new bugs but are quickly resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool to anyone in need of a straightforward and effective solution for managing their project portfolios.

It's really easy to use, but still pretty feature robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We really utilize the Value and Risk scoring to help us prioritize what projects to work next.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more features related to tasks, assignments and reminders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set up with this product was super easy, we were up and running in no time.
