What differentiates ActiveCollab from other similar products?

It is a project management software that is in charge of taking total control of the work, which offers us a service to establish our own process that is adapted for both the team and the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool keeps us abreast of each activity, even when each stage of the project is due, it allows us to know what happens both during the day and at night, carry out an organized management of resources, budgets, creation of roadmaps as well as reports and analysis to have a control of the work and observe each result.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment there are no features that the community dislikes because it is a stable platform, it offers us a free version to learn about its functions and its price is accessible for small and medium-sized companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend this service for those companies that want to maintain control and management of their projects, also because more than 200,000 companies use this service to increase their productivity, it is also used by software companies, universities, advertising agencies, among others.

What differentiates ActiveCollab from other similar products?

You can subscribe to a task. This provides you with all the notification regarding that particular task making it easier for you to keep a check on the projects. You can always go and comment on the task immediately if you find something not right.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It keeps giving a week prior for the deadlines. This helps me to make sure that all the projects are completed and submitted to the clients on time improving company’s productivity and reputation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Single assignment cannot be assigned to multiple employees. There are some projects that needs two collaborators working on one task. That cannot be done on this app making it a hassle to shift to a different app or manage things with one task doer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ActiveCollab is overall a good app. I would definitely suggest everyone to use it. It is easy to use, it does have some bugs but that’s in all apps.
