Before Acronis Cyber Protect, we were always worried about its security but now we are taking care of all of our internal infrastructure's backup requirements with Acronis Cyber Protect. By using it we were able to restore essential services such as mail servers, databases, and thanks to the disaster recovery solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Before using Acronis, we had researched a wide range of vendors who are offering their own solutions for backup, disaster recovery, and security but, we discovered that to use them we need to spend more time examining the platforms that's why we moved to Acronis and now we are confident that we're on top of our customers' protection demands because of Acronis features and capabilities. I like all aspects from useability to security. Everything is awesome.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I don't like about Acronis is that I can imagine bothering me and other people is the cost of their cloud storage. We pay an additional fee to purchase cloud storage, according to them. The backup system now incorporates that cyber protection but looking back, I can see that Acronis paid attention and provided the option of separating it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like that all of the capabilities of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud are managed by a single cloud-managed dashboard and agent, making it more simple to use and visible to both the client and MSP. If you require a single point of control to monitor and manage your client's security across various vectors, Acronis is ideally suited.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This Acronis program is highly costly to acquire, and there is also a premium to pay for an associated online storage charger. Online backup services are available for an extra price. You'll need a Clever bridge license, too, if you want to utilize this program. In addition, the fully automated process of this product does not provide an option for VM boot-ability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A more effective method of remote access to end customers may exist, though. RDP clients have so far been the most straightforward method of access. The largest disadvantage of this, though, is that the end-user would be shut out if we attempted to connect to them without the proper credentials for that client.
