macOS support was lucky to meet with a rep at JAMF roadshow for a demo
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost, we have since returned to a competitor. For cost per agent under 200 devices was too much
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If have a larger volume of devices you will likely get more movement on price per seat

What differentiates Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud from other similar products?
Acronis has multiple cyber security products integrated into single console and agnet
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can leverage multiple products feature from one vendore and easy UI and less skill team can run and handle the software
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is the best solution for SME but some of features like storage on Google drive or. Ondrive aren't available
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is data compliant product, and have multiple benefits from back to management and security to DR
