What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

It's is very reliable and quick at sending documents from one employee to another. Once a person signs it instantly sends the document to the next employee or back to the requestor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very user-friendly application. The process of sending documents is incredibly easy and fast and helps to reduce downtime waiting on documents to be signed especially when working in a dispersed team. It also allows integrates well with sharepoint

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service while helpful and approachable can be slow at times. I don't contact them often but it can leave you awaiting a response should you have any issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the product if you require a lot of signature approvals. The application is very simple to use and the turnaround time means delays in paperwork are shortened. Especially now with working from home becoming the norm

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

The biggest differentiators for me is how can they connect with other tools, such as Salesforce. Also its a must because is the easiest way for sales reps to get a contract sign.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The app, were clients just enter and sign the document, a process that on the past took like 5 days to get solve its done in less than 5 minutes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at this point, Adobe Sign Rocks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For LATAM companies, forget about printing a document and having a wet sign, work with ADOBE sign so you can be view as an innovator in your industry.
