If you already have and Adobe subscription then it’s great. Otherwise it’s not worth the cost

What differentiates Acrobat Sign from other similar products?

The ability to customize any given consent form with ease, simply by dragging and dropping pre-established fields

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to administer reminder requests

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my experience, I administered a 2-step verification process using Adobe Sign, which sent required users to submit answers on an online form and then I would generate a document that was sent back to them to be signed. The multiple steps involved in this process were often cumbersome and confusing to users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software can be a little ticky-tacky, but on the whole it really helps!
