What differentiates Acquia Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

I was an avid fan of Mautic before the latest rebranding and acquisition. I especially valued its open source nature, because it allowed even a small company like ours to have a powerful tool for marketing automation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Range of features and the fact that it's a catch-all solution, without the need to install and maintain different tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is rather steep, especially if you're a small company with limited IT capabilities, but the documentation is quite good, and you'll find many experts willing to step in and help.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The market for mail marketing automation is quite broad. Depending on the number of contacts and the type of interactions and workflows you need, it might be worth considering less powerful, but easier, options.
