With little cost this product provides new functionalities for marketing automation. It enables marketing department to explore and test before investing into this area.

What differentiates Acquia Marketing Cloud from other similar products?

Impressive use of artificial intelligence.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most cloud applications are a pain in terms of reliability, but Acquia was good. Some very nice possibilities in terms fo automation. Blows a lot of the competition out of the water if your site(s) uses Drupal in terms of CMS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's fast-becoming a WordPress world out there. Most of our clients are on WordPress, and are very happy on it. Data storage compliance hurdles you may encounter, which is ultimately what pushed us away from adopting the platform for our needs, and that of clients. If these aren't an issue, you'll find a lot to enjoy. Users will likely need training to get the most out of this. Though due to occasional deprecation of products, your users may need to learn something new, or perhaps find an alternative.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your research on what data storage regulations apply to the data collected.
