What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The architecture and its multilingual support allow our team of workers around the world to maintain constancy and evolution in the processes and tasks assigned by these companies, which are our main customers and which we need to keep satisfied. The CMS of the tool provides great confidence due to the high level in which the tasks are performed, keeping our company with high confidentiality which makes us much more productive and secure for our customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The workflow can be greatly improved if they allow in future updates the construction through Devops Pipeline, which would undoubtedly improve the workflows involved. Customer service at times has not been very helpful for us, in fact, we have had to seek help from third parties to get answers when the software has bugs and we can not fix them, it is something that must be taken into account to maintain full functionality of the tool in future updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is aimed at companies that have content on the web and need to keep it updated and free of insecurities, Acquia Drupal Cloud provides stability and security to all its customers, the platform is a bit difficult to use without prior knowledge, but after getting in touch with it and becoming familiar with it, our employees have managed to make it one of the main features of our company.

What differentiates Acquia Drupal Cloud from other similar products?

The first composable experience platform. Bring together and deploy digital experiences, wherever your customers spend time. Acquia provides extended support for MySQL 5.6 until the Cloud Next version of Cloud Platform officially delivers multi-region failover functionality in 2022. In the meantime, Cloud Platform customers can use Drupal 9 with this functionality. However, certain functions or modules in later versions of Drupal 9 may require the database functionality introduced in MySQL 5.7. In this situation, such Drupal features or modules will not be available until the upgrade to multi-region failover in Cloud Next is complete.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Error messages are not displayed to visitors by setting Error Messages to display to None on the Settings, Development, Logging and Errors page. It makes them as restrictive as possible, while still allowing your website to function. Poorly written or incompatible plugins can be a security liability.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Acquia has created the only end-to-end web platform for Drupal with 100% cloud-based development tools. This will allow users to bring applications to market faster, improve code quality and eliminate security risks, all with tools optimized specifically for Drupal. Acquia Code Studio provides users with the tools to plan, build, review, test, deploy and measure. It provides a place to write code as a service. No configuration is required on local machines. Acquia Cloud Actions performs common DevOps tasks during deployments automatically from the Cloud Platform user interface with Acquia best practices built in.

It makes it easy to manage multiple websites from a single code base. Acquia provides a robust hosting platform for Drupal websites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Handling of multiple sites, Ability to configure parameters within hosting settings, control panel for visibility of website environments and services with a great user experience, Fast deployment Excellent documentation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Easier Database SQL Queries, The price can be high for a small business
