It is very useful platform for project management and automation, We are using this across different teams. Some of the most useful features are, It Provides to manage many products under one platform which are helpful for task automation and website workflow testing . Optimizing page loading time is one of the best feature I would say which is helpful. The hosting service is quick and take less time for configuration. Under one interface you can easily access to git repos, databases, backups and other 3rd party application. It offers a visual dashboard for moving code and data between environments and managing teams and users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a great product some few changes if they can adopt it will become more useful of it's user , Some of them are like, It provides a dashboard to manage many product under platform and moving code which is very useful but it is very difficult for non-technical users to handle it. Auto site monitoring is not available. which create difficulties when something goes down. Little expensive product .Customer support and Support documentation could be improved to make it more user friendly.
