What differentiates Accord LMS from other similar products?

The team that instructed us the system and helped is launch it were great. They were readily out there and took the time to go over things multiple times – till we got it. Accord’ clean interface was simple to use, and also the client service was excellent. Test creation was intuitive and easy. I likable however easy it had been to assign roles and groups. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

On its surface, the LMS is incredible easy to use from a coaching standpoint. You login, choose my courses, and you’re on your way. The addition of tracking and announcements is nice, as well. All the training is in one spot. Simple to manage who takes what training. I actually have used other merchandise however found them unnecessarily complicated. They provide training tutorials that actually facilitate speed of the method of setup and configuration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not the simplest interface however at such a lower price point vs. Several alternative systems it had been worthwhile to us to possess a bit of a higher learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The set up can be a bit tedious i find it time consuming to build everything out. Apart from that I have nothing else to mention as a dislike about it.

What differentiates Accord LMS from other similar products?

The application was simple to set up and ongoing maintenance is incredibly straightforward whether adding or changing content, making reports, or adding or updating learner access. If I ever would like further support, their team is quick, courteous, and efficient. The support. I feel like I can work quickly and effectively and obtain help when I would like it. I work with constant support engineers every week so that they understand who we are and how we are making this coaching solution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I’ve been an Accord client for around a decade now. The range of options and continued innovation of the software system permits me to deliver a high perceived value of services to my clients, most of whom are within the healthcare niche. Since several of the courses we produce are for CME accreditation, Accord’s elaborated reports offer the accountability of my client's trust.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The administrative side of Accord is incredibly cumbersome. Running reports is extremely time-intensive and might be very confusing when it involves setting the parameters of what you want in the report. I additionally don’t like the participant’s “to do” list of courses…one prime example is that once internet coaching is completed, the course remains on the main list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When obtaining your demos, really take the time to check how to run reports, assign training, what the transcripts and to-do lists look like, and so on.
