The support team is tremendous.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Compliance controls can be put in place with gate conditions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No ability to see configuration management of change log
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get Stake holder buy in internally before starting configuration. Having a well planned architecure makes for a smooth implementation.

What differentiates Accolade from other similar products?
Great support team (quick and helpful), easy customization, lots of built in features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the ease of customization and how intuitive it is to develop and administer the platform once you get used to it
What do you dislike most about this product?
When good features are discontinued / no longer supported, and when there is no way to override default coding/setup
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Have frequent check ins to understand new features and what features you are not using, because it really can be a one stop show. It's a powerful platform that can really unlock strong business outcomes if you know what's possible
