What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?

With the aid of their HD audio and video resources, 8x8 offers fantastic customer service center setup. I adore their distinctiveness and the high caliber of their offerings, which make them exceptional. I must say, 8x8 makes customer service exciting. I have never experienced such high level HD services before. We are pleased that we discovered 8x8, as our customer service is now among the best in our sector.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The audio analytics, call activity analytics, and application integration support are my favorite features of their products and services. Making reports is now simpler for me thanks to this analytics capability.

What differentiates 8x8 XCaaS from other similar products?

There is ease of outlined solutions when you face an issue. It is best and flexible to use on phone and on desktop. Their Customer support acts faster than you could imagine when you face some challenges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to conference and video callings, we mostly used VoIP, which I see to be very smart.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not really think I dislike anything, because it hase been great using.

You will get 100% satisfaction. They are really about what they do.
