What differentiates 8x8 Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?
It's nice to have one platform for web conferencing, conference calls, using a call center for my restaurants, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to schedule conference calls integrated into my google calendar.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was a little difficult to do the initial set up unless you have done this before, but once you understand how it works, it's easy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an easy, affordable solution for a phone system that's user friendly.
