Very friendly support team and very responsive

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use across mobile and desktop as well as easy to use management portal

What do you dislike most about this product?

Interface looks dated

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very strong product that is highly customizable. I recommend working with your 8x8 sales rep to have them deliver the product that best fits your need. The team over there is wonderful

What differentiates 8x8 Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?

Uptime, ease of config, in house ownership

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The administration interface is astonishingly easy to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a few features missing from a contact centre perspective. The main one is to have multiple outbound CLIs per campaign. This is a feature request that we have placed and it is being investigated

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a demo, give them specific examples ahead of the demo for scenarios that you would like to see. The pre-sales team are great, and don't make promises that the implementation team can't keep
