Trustable service, but expensive compare to others

What differentiates 8x8 Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?
It is very trustable and stable service. I find it expensive compare with other services but I do not have time to explore other alternatives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The stability of the service, once installed you can forget about setting ups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That is expensive and I sent some inquires about changing to a cheaper subscription plan and the sales bureaucracy complicated my intention to change to a cheaper plan.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although I think the quality of the service is very good I would evaluate other alternatives, maybe with Zoom phone system.

What differentiates 8x8 Experience Communications Platform from other similar products?
Has excellent desktop phone, computer and mobile phone integration. Fax works with email seamlessly and the overall product is excellent in terms of reliability and overall ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The incredible ease of integration between desktop, comoputer and mobile phone integration for call management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Administrative console can be a bit difficult to use and requires some tweaking to get the best results.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works very well and has been very reliable which is vital for communication.
