What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

3CX licensing model is definitely their biggest advantage. While you need to license per user or extension on other solutions, 3CX license per simultaneous calls, which makes the solution very affordable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to install and configure. Simple, yet powerful. It can be hosted on-premises or on the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not sure.

As with any other solution, try it out to see if it is a good solution for your organization. you can try it for free.
