What differentiates 3CX from other similar products?

The ability to integrate with other VOIP providers and have a centralised interface differentiates it from other VOIP providers. Deploying 3cx requires little technical expertise.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using the 3cx web app and mobile app because users no longer miss calls and can pick up calls regardless of their location. This makes it easier for our users to work. Also, 3cx's web administration makes configuration and deployment extremely simple.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, 3CX has proven to be exactly what it claims. I have no complaints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Users can now access the VOIP system from anywhere in the world, making remote working even more convenient thanks to 3CX.
