What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
I like the creativity of questions that are option to fill out for check ins. They are great conversation starters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That the 1-1 check ins are easy to fill out and allow for great conversations to be started between employees and managers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That its not very clear on 'how' to use this tool. On one hand its great that it is flexible to meet lots of business needs but not having clear expectations around how to actually use the tool can make it challenging to figure out.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think having a case study or best practices from the vendor would be helpful. If not, have a very clear idea for how you want to use this tool and implement it within your organization.

What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
My interactions with 15five have only been positive. With 15five, planning is incredibly simple, and in my opinion, it's the strongest tool for understanding corporate goals. With it, we can direct our team in the weekly tasks that need to be completed, which significantly enhances interprofessional collaboration and enables the organization to receive adequate feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
15five has increased the amount of achievement of our projects. This software program is quite interesting. It is really simple to use and makes it simple for employees to check in once a week. We are able to have continuous communication with our staff, which makes it possible to have a more frequent performance appraisal and open dialogue. High fives are an excellent method to boost spirits.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The inquiries can occasionally be a touch lengthy, which causes employees to speed through them and weaken their solutions. Additionally, because they may view the comments of other workers before responding to them, they might alter their own reactions, which is detrimental to addressing each employee's individual problems and worries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'll start by saying that 15Five is really simple to use. Your employees' progress toward necessary targets can also be monitored with the OKR feature. The feedback tool is also excellent and can make it simple for employers and superiors to collect input from staff members and see how they are doing.

15Five is a truly outstanding piece of software that has the ability to greatly simplify staff administration while relieving both administrators and employees of pointless notice duties. All the modules and features we need to have an impact on employee performance are provided by 15Five through a brief weekly check-in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
15five is a highly potent and valuable tool. Just because of this our communication within the firm has improved because it enables questions, tasks, and comments to be submitted at any moment and from anywhere. We can fill in the blanks and address issues that could have gone unnoticed or unresolved without the help of 15five. For all employee management responsibilities, 15five is an all-one solution.
What do you dislike most about this product?
15five needs to have a lower learning curve and more simplicity added to it in order to be more user-friendly, particularly in its more potent capabilities, as it takes new teammates considerable effort and time to completely understand this application. However, once they get beyond the steep climb, 15five is a highly potent and valuable tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In order to help managers foster growth and development, 15Five has offered a well-organized and potent software that enables them to define and track employee goals and targets as well as ask their staff probing questions. In my opinion, 15Five is a must-have tool. You can check it out for your particular needs.
