What is your favorite aspect of this product?

None it's been a complete headache

What do you dislike most about this product?

The survey tool is not user-friendly at all. You cannot do even base things like preview a survey before launching. You cannot segment your surveys either. The support team is useless. It takes over 48 hours to get a response and when you do it's typically just a link back to a help article. The people I have spoken to are not educated on the product and cannot answer even minor questions. The sync option is extremely confusing you cannot just go in and make an update to a user profile as a one-off. The UI is terrible and not user-friendly. Additionally, you will get ZERO support from an actual person during implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Look to Lattice it's a much better-built product with superior customer support. Be prepared that you will not get any help during implementation other than a person that emails you videos and then will ghost you if you have questions. Know that you will not get answers to your questions timely which will significantly slow down your productivity.

I do wish there were more pre-populated automatic question options. They are frequently somewhat repetitious. Potential concepts Ask questions about recent activities or events at Warby Parker. I'm a big fan of 15Five, I used several tools but it stands above all of them. First and foremost, I like that I can set objectives for the coming week & include additional things I completed over the week on our list of successes although there is some space am also available to comments to provide updates on larger projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Mentioning one aspect is quite a difficult task because I adore so many things in 15Five. It's totally the way of working in our organization. The nicest aspect of 15Five is how it motivates me to reflect on the feelings and events from the previous week. Second, I adore simplicity as 15five is straightforward and simple to use. Lastly, I enjoy giving "15Fives" to team members who have supported me throughout the week.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The first problem is that certain things are kept in awkward locations. In order to make the product more user-friendly, a few controls need to be adjusted. Additionally, the vacation choice may be put in a more convenient spot as it is separate from the reporting obligations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would like to recommend it to others as I'm also a big fan of 15Five. It enables you to pinpoint both your accomplishments and your development opportunities. I appreciate how it helps to keep everyone focused and involved. It also facilitates the consolidation of what has already been done.

By utilizing 15Five we are able to communicate more effectively although now able to converse successfully and contribute useful information. It is always wonderful to get acknowledged since without 15five, important labor would go unappreciated. Whenever I had any issue their customer support always helped us to resolve every kind of issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

15Five has become clearer to me over time how I approach my objectives, and it comes as no surprise that I plan a lot but accomplish little because I get sidetracked by side goals and neglect the fundamental ones. I can see that at the end of each week thanks to 15five, so I now make fewer plans but stick to the important ones.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The main thing that irritated me most in my journey with 15Five is the manner we had to specify our goals in cases when they were linked to more important goals for my chief or the chief of my supervisor. Rather than this, I don't have anything that I dislike about 15Five.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As a reliable, informal way to check in with you5 direct reports, I believe 15Five has been a terrific addition to your business. I believe that you can use 15Five as much or as little as you need, and it's a terrific platform. Each time I've required help, the customer service has gone above and beyond.
