What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
With 15Five, my coworkers and I are able to recognize and appreciate each other's accomplishments while also discussing any issues that may arise in the workplace. Using 15Five has been the single most important factor in my success in reaching my own objectives. It helps me keep track of my accomplishments and setbacks in an orderly fashion, which improves my overall level of self-awareness.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The lack of efficiency in employee-management communication is addressed by 15Five. If I have an open channel of communication with my boss, I am better able to provide suggestions for enhancing present procedures, so contributing to an environment in which everyone's ideas are valued.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The 15Five questions tend to be repetitive and lack diversity. In my opinion, check-ins like this should force us to engage in deeper analysis and self-reflection, allowing us to more clearly track our growth over time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
15Five facilitates problem-solving between my manager and me by facilitating the creation of 1-on-1 talking topics and the organization of meetings. My team was less productive and less encouraged one another before 15Five.

With regular updates and automated notifications, employees can stay motivated and on track with their goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is its ability to provide real-time feedback. With 15FIVE ENGAGE, employers can quickly identify any issues or areas of improvement and take the necessary action. This allows for a more efficient and effective management process, as well as improved employee engagement. Additionally, the customizable notifications and reminders help ensure that employees stay on track with their goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside of 15FIVE ENGAGE is the lack of a mobile application. What differentiates 15Five Engage from other similar products?
The user friendly interface and ease of use. It's inviting and it allows employees to comfort in being candid in how they are feeling weekly, quarterly, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to give "High Fives" to recognize and highlight teammates and managers for their hard work and it is seen throughout the whole company!
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have much I dislike. It's overall a great product and delivered on everything I expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want transparency in feedback within you're team and organization, there is no better platform than 15Five.
