What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?
It tends to be more precise when a metric is needed to understand customers and select the target audience. This is a better solution for campaigns since it allows a better control in the management and a more precise analysis for the constant taking of decisions within the company about the marketing strategies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can perform A / B tests without any problem and can see the results through a detailed graphical representation. Take a clearer view of the impact you have had on customers and potential customers. I can integrate them with all Zoho tools for better complementation. I can practically create a campaign in a very short time and publish it instantly, in addition the workflow is highly optimized helping this to understand how to really market and improve your relationship with customers through email marketing tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform may have a problem and it is the learning stages since it can be a bit confusing when using it for the first time, on many occasions I had to contact support to solve my doubts, which they attended to me very satisfactorily. However, the platform in general terms is very stable and comfortable to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Personally, it works well, meets expectations and goes hand in hand with Zoho CRM which for me allows me to do a more complete marketing than other platforms.
