What differentiates VMware Live Recovery from other similar products?

VMware Live Recovery differs from comparable products in the following ways: Unified Protection: Utilize fully automated orchestration at scale and a single management interface to safeguard and recover virtual machines (VMs) across public and on-premise clouds. Accelerated Recovery: Recover from contemporary ransomware with assurance and speed in an on-demand isolated recovery environment (IRE) using real-time behavioral analysis of powered-on workloads.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

VMware Live Recovery's unified protection, accelerated recovery, simplified consumption, and on-demand recovery environment are among my best features. Because of these characteristics, VMware Live Recovery is a complete cyber- and data-resilience solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only problem I see with VMware Live Recovery is that it requires a substantial investment, particularly for large-scale environments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent product with great dependability that assures you of the best features and services.

Replication for High Availability Beyond secondary copy backup, the solution also manages replication of primary data host-to-host and site-to-site for live failover and high availability.

Backup Monitoring and Reporting Backup and replication are continually monitored for status and effectiveness. Detailed reporting is available on successful and unsuccessful operations.

Automated Backup Testing and Verification Goes beyond monitoring whether backup jobs completed by verifying the integrity of data restoration.

Backup Automation Solution automates backup, recovery and remediation tasks using RestAPI and CLI to integrate with 3rd party solutions, reduce cost and enforce standards.

Backup of Cloud Based Data In addition to targeting backups to the cloud, the solution also has the capability to back up primary data and services already in the cloud.

Deduplication Implementation Deduplication of redundant data blocks is implemented by the solution. Deduplication can be at source, target, or globally (source and target).

Analytics Built-in real-time and historical reporting and analytics on SLAs, performance, and resource consumption, as well as predictive capabilities to plan & optimize.
